Ah.....!!!!

Worked today. In the midst of peace and quietness, "tons" of customers had immediate engraving requests and other interests all of a sudden within half an hour. I was planning to start packing at that time..... but they came in all in that half an hour. And you know, this is my first actual working day, I am not yet familiar with all the engraving techniques. It took me awhile to figure out which holder to use, how to rotate text, and oh my God, there were also phone calls and customers coming up continuously. All of these just drove me crazy. On top of all that, I didn't know how to close up the till! That was so confusing but thanks God that a guy from House of Knives came in and helped me with it. However, he was doing it too fast and I couldn't see what he has done. >< I plan to go learn the opening and closing again tmr although I actually don't have to work. I got to calm down now. I am too 激動.... gotta calm down otherwise my mind won't let me sleep. Plz pray for me if you see this. Thanks in advance!
